Monday – We worked on the Helicopter lab in class. Students timed how long it took for a simple paper helicopter to reach the group when dropped from the top of a desk. They then added length to the propeller wings to see if it would help the helicopter stay in the aif longer. If you were absent, you can download the fill-in the blank version of the lab. You will need to get a full copy of the lab to fill in the blanks, and a helicopter pattern in class.
Tuesday – Students were given a packet that introduced the guidelines for science fair. They then were given time to choose a partner and work on the Project Proposal sheet. This will be due, with a parent signature, on Tuesday, Sept. 22nd
